I live in Los Angeles and I would like to return an order I placed online. Can I stop by The Shop On Nemo to return an online order?

Yes! Please feel free to come by The Shop on Nemo to place your return. We can process your return at The Shop On Nemo and you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

 

I received my online order in the mail and the item came damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear about this unfortunate event and we’re here to make it right! Please email us at csd@saban.com with an image of the broken item and we will take care of the rest!

 

The jewelry I purchased became damaged. What do I do?

At Cheryl Saban Designs quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. We will repair any breakage within 30 days of purchase for online and in-store purchases. Damages that occur after 30 days of delivery or purchase will incur a repair charge which will vary on the severity of the damage. Because each item is unique and one of a kind, we cannot guarantee exact replication of the design.
